We want you to love your TUTULY jewellery! If your item arrives with non-human (non-artificial) damage within 30 days of receiving it, we offer a free replacement.

Note1:Natural freshwater pearls may have pits and texture, which are normal characteristics and not considered quality problems.

Note2:Minor mineral spots may be visible on the exposed parts of some materials. Natural untreated gemstones and crystals contain gas-liquid inclusions and cloud-like inclusions, which are natural growth characteristics, not man-made flaws, cracks or damages.

What can be returned/exchanged?

Items that arrive defective or damaged (not caused by human actions), reported within 30 days of receipt.

What can't be returned/exchanged?

Baroque and natural pearls (unless damaged upon arrival).
Items damaged, worn, or altered after delivery by customer misuse or accidents.

How do I request a replacement?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at customerservice@tutulyjewellery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll swiftly assess and organize a replacement for you.

Within one year, for non-human damage quality issues, you can purchase the same product at a 40% discount. If the product is out of stock, you can purchase products of the same value (excluding discounted products).

Return shipping responsibility

If your product is damaged or defective within 30 days, you do not need to return it. We will send you a new product directly. Just contact us as described above to request your replacement.
