How do I care for my jewellery?

General Care Always remove your Jewellery before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, or using abrasive cleaners. Put on your Jewellery after applying makeup, hairspray, perfume, and other chemicals. To avoid scratches, store each piece of Jewellery separately in TUTULY soft pouch or lined box. Silver Jewellery Polish silver Jewellery regularly to prevent tarnishing. Use a soft cloth or a special silver polish cloth. Avoid exposing silver to harsh chemicals such as chlorine,cosmetics, hair spray, and perfume. Gold-Plated Jewellery Keep gold-plated Jewellery away from hard surfaces. Bumps and scratches will cause the gold layer to wear away faster. Store your gold-plated Jewellery in TUTULY Jewellery box, or wrap it in a soft material that will prevent scratches. Storage Store your Jewellery in a clean, dry place. Jewellery should be stored in a sealed bag when not wearing. We want you to love your TUTULY jewellery! If your item arrives with non-human (non-artificial) damage within 30 days of receiving it, we offer a free replacement. Note1: Natural freshwater pearls may have pits and texture, which are normal characteristics and not considered quality problems. Note2: Minor mineral spots may be visible on the exposed parts of some materials. Natural untreated gemstones and crystals contain gas-liquid inclusions and cloud-like inclusions, which are natural growth characteristics, not man-made flaws, cracks or damages. What can be returned/exchanged? Items that arrive defective or damaged (not caused by human actions), reported within 30 days of receipt. What can't be returned/exchanged? Baroque and natural pearls (unless damaged upon arrival). Items damaged, worn, or altered after delivery by customer misuse or accidents. How do I request a replacement? If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at customerservice@tutulyjewellery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll swiftly assess and organize a replacement for you. Within one year, for non-human damage quality issues, you can purchase the same product at a 40% discount. If the product is out of stock, you can purchase products of the same value (excluding discounted products). Return shipping responsibility If your product is damaged or defective within 30 days, you do not need to return it. We will send you a new product directly.
