We want you to love your TUTULY jewellery! If your item arrives with non-human (non-artificial) damage within {returnDays} days of receiving it, we offer a free replacement.

Note1:Natural freshwater pearls may have pits and texture, which are normal characteristics and not considered quality problems.

Note2:Minor mineral spots may be visible on the exposed parts of some materials. Natural untreated gemstones and crystals contain gas-liquid inclusions and cloud-like inclusions, which are natural growth characteristics, not man-made flaws, cracks or damages.

What can be returned/exchanged?

Items that arrive defective or damaged (not caused by human actions), reported within {returnDays} days of receipt.

What can't be returned/exchanged?

Baroque and natural pearls (unless damaged upon arrival).
Items damaged, worn, or altered after delivery by customer misuse or accidents.

How do I request a replacement?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within {returnDays} days at customerservice@tutulyjewellery.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll swiftly assess and organize a replacement for you.

Within one year, for non-human damage quality issues, you can purchase the same product at a 40% discount. If the product is out of stock, you can purchase products of the same value (excluding discounted products).

Return shipping responsibility

If your product is damaged or defective within {returnDays} days, you do not need to return it. We will send you a new product directly. Just contact us as described above to request your replacement.
